Nanoskin Stone & Concrete
Nanoskin Stone & Concrete is a nanotechnology based coating specially designed for the treatment of all kinds of stone and concrete. The coating is made from silicon dioxide and is fully water based. Nanoskin Stone & Concrete is used to protect porous, mineral surfaces.
The coating will not create an effect on materials that do not absorb water by nature. After applying Nanoskin Stone & Concrete, the substrate acquires a super hydrophobic character, which can be observed when water is poured over the surface. This will result in a pearling effect of the water. Because of this hydrophobic characteristic, Nanoskin Stone & Concrete also offers optimal protection against moss and dirt. This will make it more difficult for them to adhere to the treated surface. There will also be less need for maintenance, which will save more costs. After treatment, the mineral surface will continue to breathe and retain its natural appearance. In other words, moisture can always flow outwards. The coating is completely transparent and colourless.

Product Use
Nanoskin Stone & Concrete is designed to make all kinds of stone water repellent. This makes this product extremely suitable for brick, concrete, sandstone, limestone and other mineral structures.
Another feature is the so called ‘pee-back’ effect. For this purpose, we recommend applying a second layer wet on wet.
