By visiting this website, you agree to the contents, and you are bound by these general terms and conditions which determine the relationship between you, referred to as ‘THE CLIENT’, and NANOSKIN.

If you do not agree, we kindly ask you to leave this website.

Unless otherwise agreed, these general conditions shall apply to any relationship between THE CLIENT and NANOSKIN. THE CLIENT declares to know and accept the general terms and conditions of NANOSKIN. This acceptance is tacit and immediate. The general terms and conditions are always available through our website https://www.nanoskin.be or by simple request.

For each order placed by THE CLIENT, the general terms and conditions that were published on the website at that time shall apply to the exclusion of any older or newer provisions.

If any provision of these general terms and conditions should be declared null and void or unenforceable by the applicable law, this invalidity or unenforceability shall not entail the invalidity or unenforceability of the other provisions of these general terms and conditions, which shall continue to apply in full. Anything not specifically defined in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of Belgian law.

These general terms and conditions may not be affected, except in the event that a written agreement between NANOSKIN and THE CLIENT expressly deviates. This derogation shall only be granted for the provisions that are strictly incompatible.

The information offered on this website is general information and not aimed at a specific person or specific circumstances and is not a personal advice.

With respect to the information offered, there are no guarantees and the use of the website and the information offered is always at your own risk.

  1. Liability for the use of the website

Despite the efforts made to ensure that the information on the website is correct, complete, accurate and up-to-date, errors may occur.  NANOSKIN accepts no liability for any errors.

Any liability for direct, indirect or consequential damage caused using this website or the information mentioned on this website is explicitly excluded.

  1. Offer and acceptance

NANOSKIN reserves the right to refuse orders and to do so without having to give any justifiable reason. An order is only final after the acceptance of these general terms and conditions, the price and the description of the offer.

  1. Payment

The applicable prices are those stated on the quotation issued by NANOSKIN and are valid for the period stated therein. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all prices and discounts are exclusive of VAT and expressed in Euros. THE CLIENT warrants the correctness of the company number provided.?Unless explicitly stipulated otherwise in writing, payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the invoice and by transfer to the account number stated on the invoice. In the event of non-payment by the due date, interest on the outstanding amount shall be due in accordance with the Law on combating late payment in commercial transactions (Law 02.08.2002) for VAT payers and the legal interest rate increased by 2 points for private customers. In addition, a fixed compensation of 10% with a minimum of € 75.00 will be due.

  1. Delivery

The delivery of the ordered item shall be made to the address provided by THE CLIENT. Efforts shall be made to ensure the shortest possible delivery period. The delivery times are provided for informative purposes only; they shall be respected as far as possible but shall in no case be binding for the seller. A delay in the delivery shall in no case give rise to compensation or interest on the part of NANOSKIN.

  1. Warranty

Any problem or defect relating to the delivery of an item, damage or qualitative deficiency must be reported within seven calendar days following the day of delivery.

NANOSKIN offers the guarantees provided for by law. NANOSKIN shall not be liable for force majeure, accident, misuse or mishandling of an item by THE CLIENT. An article with an accepted defect within the meaning of product liability, laid down in the ” Product Liability Act “, shall be replaced free of charge.

  1. Signature and proof

THE CLIENT accepts electronic communications and back-ups as evidence. THE CLIENT is solely and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all data he or she transmits. The final confirmation of the order by THE CLIENT counts as acceptance at the price set. The ratification of THE CLIENT shall constitute signature and express acceptance of all transactions.

  1. Protection of privacy

NANOSKIN reserves the right to collect data from THE CLIENT exclusively for internal use, both directly through the collection of data provided by the CLIENT when registering and/or placing an order, and indirectly f.e. through the use of cookies, newsletter subscription, quotation or order.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), THE CLIENT has the right at all times to inspect these data, to change them and have them removed if he no longer wishes to receive information about the activities of NANOSKIN. To this end, THE CLIENT can contact us at info@nanoskin.be.

  1. Modifications

NANOSKIN reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.

  1. Applicable law and competent court

This agreement is governed by Belgian law and any dispute concerning its interpretation or application shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district in which our registered office is situated.
