Nanoskin Glass & Ceramics

Nanoskin Glass & Ceramics is a nanotechnology based coating specially designed for the treatment of unprocessed glass and ceramic surfaces. The coating is based on silicon dioxide and ethanol. Nanoskin Glass & Ceramics is mainly used to treat glass surfaces. For windscreens we recommend Nanoskin Car Window as that one is more robust and resistant to impact. After applying Nanoskin Glass & Ceramics, the substrate acquires a super hydrophobic character, which can be observed when water is poured over the surface. This will result in a pearling effect of the water. Because of this hydrophobic characteristic, Nanoskin Glass & Ceramics also offers optimal protection against dirt and grease. As a result, dirt, lime and grease spots are conspicuously less present and can be easily removed.
